Power Walking for 50+
What: Take your morning walk up a notch. Power walking includes short bursts of walking at a higher intensity, but at your fitness level, along with strength, balance and flexibility exercises all done outdoors. Mia Bremer is an Advanced Heath and Fitness Specialist and Master Balance and Mobility trainer who works primarily with folks over 50. First class is free to try. $5 or pay as you can after that. The group will meet Wednesday mornings, June 23-Aug. 28, 8-9 a.m. at the Logan Park Building Main Entrance (will not be going inside). For more information, call Mia at 612-791-6422, or visit
