Victory Neighborhood Garden Tour, Aug. 2

The seventh annual Victory Neighborhood garden tour on Sunday, Aug. 2, 1-4 p.m., will kick off with a pre-tour garden party at noon, at the Butterfly Gardens of Loring Elementary School, 2600 44th Ave. N (44th and Thomas). There will be tour brochures, light snacks and lemonade, plus Master Gardeners will be on hand to answer your gardening questions. The free, self-guided tour starts at 1 p.m., and features gardens of the Victory neighborhood, highlighting a wide range of gardening styles, the diversity of Victory’s landscaped spaces and the pride that residents take in their gardens and community.
