Check your doorstep for the September NorthNews
Posted 8/25/2014
NorthNews front pageThe September NorthNews is being delivered to North Side residents this week.

See photos from a month of celebrations and improvements on the North Side, including a new Hennepin County Services Hub. Find out what was happening a couple weeks ago when several Minneapolis Police vehicles were up and down West Broadway at various cell phone service stores. Get updates on the Rock ’n’ Readers program, and learn about better ways to manage money. It’s time for Open Strees and the Harvest Festival on Lowry, and NorthNews has all the details, including events and a colorful map to guide you.

As always, look to the NorthNews for lots of fun and interesting things to do, right close by, like events at your local parks and libraries, community events hosted by local churches and organizations, special meetings about changes happening in your community, plus art openings, music, film and theater events, classes, activities and more.

If you’re not a North Side resident, look for NorthNews at Northside businesses, like Milda’s near Penn and Glenwood, or at any of the public libraries. Or you can download archived issues here.

If you are a North Side resident, but aren’t receiving NorthNews, please give us a call at 612-788-9003 or email and let us know. If you’ve gone paperless, you can download a PDF file of this, and any recent issue, here.
